AICHELIN Heat Treatment Systems (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "AICHELIN China") is a subsidiary of the Austrian AICHELIN Group (founded in 1868, near Vienna). Having started exploring Chinese Market since 1985 and celebrated its 40th anniversary in China in 2025. With a modern manufacturing base covering approximately 20,000 square meters in Tangshan, Hebei Province, the company possesses full-chain capabilities encompassing design & development, manufacturing, installation & commissioning, and after-sales service. It provides comprehensive after-sales support, including spare parts sales, equipment modification & retrofitting (energy-saving), software upgrades, equipment relocation, and preventive maintenance. Its core product lineup covers various heat treatment production lines including controlled atmosphere batch furnaces, pusher furnaces, roller hearth furnaces, rotary hearth furnaces, pit furnaces, ring furnaces, box-type nitriding furnaces and vacuum furnaces. These products are widely applied in automotive, gear, bearing, wind power, construction machinery, rail transit, aerospace, shipbuilding, energy and other industries.

Specialized high-end heat treatment equipment for precision core components such as gears and bearings has gained wide market recognition thanks to precise process control and stable performance, helping customers enhance product performance and reliability. To date, nearly 2,000 sets of low-energy, energy-saving, intelligent and flexible heat treatment equipment have been delivered to clients worldwide, fulfilling long-term commitments with solid achievements and demonstrating outstanding comprehensive strength.

The company devotes itself to technological innovation and independent intellectual property development. It is a national high-tech enterprise and was listed as one of the Second Batch of Beijing Specialized, Refined, Differentiated and Innovative Little Giant Enterprises in 2021. As of December 2025, it owns 82 valid Chinese patents including 14 invention patents and 55 software copyrights, and has won numerous industry Science and Technology Innovation Awards.

In 2025, Aichelin Group acquired the NTS (Nitriding Technology Solutions Division) and UPC-Marathon (Universal Process Controller) business units from NITREX. This acquisition has established Aichelin among the world’s largest industrial furnace manufacturers in the heat treatment solution sector. It further consolidated its layout in key international markets across America, Europe and Asia including the United States, Canada, Poland, Germany, France and China, marking a crucial step in the implementation of the Group’s 2030 Strategy.

Inheriting over 150 years of experience in heat treatment equipment manufacturing and services, coupled with four decades of in-depth operation in the Chinese market, Aichelin China will follow the Group’s new development model of technological co-creation and joint market expansion.
